Angel Kitchen was one of the food vendors that was part of the Richmond Night Market. Though the initial brief was to have something done similar to Jellycat (a unique type of experience where the "cooking and food prep" is basically swapped into a more playful and interactive experience using plushies as the final product). Designs initially included elements of a commercial kitchen tools and equipment drawn in a cartoony style to play on the Jellycat experience as well. This was later ultimately scrapped and reverted back to a conventional food booth.
Numerous designs and assets from small to large banner signs (ranging from diecuts to free-standing or hanging), menu signs and other various signage were made, and also included a stylized anime character in a maid outfit as the brief also wanted some influence akin to Japanese Maid Cafe's, as it was also intended to have the name written in Japanese as well within the logo. Elements of the logo, including the character art did not change much, aside from colour values to make it a more softer pink.
The designs shown here are not final and were subject to numerous changes based on the client's notes and preferences, but reflect the original vision that I had for the design.
